- How much does it cost?
- Prices start at $6,500 per month. The exact rate depends on the care your loved one needs. We confirm a clear number after a short conversation or tour.
- What is included in the monthly rate?
- Room and private bathroom, 24/7 care, meals and snacks, help with daily living, housekeeping, laundry, and activities. You should not be paying extra for the basics of a safe, dignified home.
- Do you take Medicaid?
- Yes. Private pay and Medicaid are both accepted. Call 206-376-8914 if you want to talk through coverage before you visit.
- Is there a long waitlist?
- Availability changes. The fastest way to check an opening is to request a tour or call. We will tell you honestly if a room is open or when one may be.
- How is this different from a large assisted living building?
- This is an adult family home: a small residential setting with private rooms, consistent caregivers, and a household rhythm. Families often choose it for more personal attention than a large facility.
- What if we are not ready to move yet?
- That is fine. A tour still helps you compare options before a crisis. There is no obligation to move after you visit.
